In Conversation: Intimate Spaces, Shared Language

  • Bakehouse Art Complex 561 Northwest 32nd Street Miami, FL, 33127 United States (map)

Moderated by Bakehouse Programs + Partnerships Coordinator, Krys Ortega, the program features artists Carolina Casusol, Shawna Moulton, and Michelle Lisa Polissaint speaking about their respective installations and murals, Pɑp.kɔɹn, Corner Stone (1992), and Scramble, currently on-view around our building.

This conversation focuses on the intersections of language, nostalgia, and communal connection within their respective practices, and explores how each artwork reflects the duality of personal and shared experiences.

Guests are welcome to visit the artists’ studios after the program. Lite bites and refreshments will be served.

Spaces are limited. Please RSVP to attend.

Please enter Bakehouse through the main entrance in the red building facing 32nd Street. Free street parking is available on 32nd Street and 6th Avenue.
