Bakehouse artist Amanda Linares is participating in a group show, Miami Is Not The Caribbean. Yet IT Feels Like IT., at Oolite Arts. On view through December 11, 2022, the exhibition presents the work of nine artists of Caribbean heritage exploring their personal relationships to Miami. Linares’ work is also featured in the group show Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana at Collective62. The opening reception is scheduled for November 27, from 12 – 4pm.

Bakehouse artist Jennifer Printz’s solo exhibition Unfolding The Space Between will run through December 18th, at Skolnick Surgical Tower at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Bakehouse artist Nicole Salcedo will present a studio activation, Soothers & Seers, that runs through Miami Art Week. Opening November 22, Salcedo presents an ongoing series of soft sculptural objects conceptualized through her personal divination practice. These objects explore ways to tend to emotional well-being and mental balance through sensory and aesthetic stimulation.
Bakehouse artist Clara Toro has been selected to receive The Ellies: 2022 Creator Award on behalf of Oolite Arts!

Bakehouse artist William Osorio is participating in a group exhibition, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, presented at El Espacio 23. On view through the end of this year, the exhibition highlights recent acquisitions of Cuban art from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection.
Bakehouse artist Maritza Caneca’s solo exhibition, Immersion in Blue, is on view from November 17 through December 8, at the Riviera Hotel in Miami Beach. She is also featured in a group exhibition, Threading the City, hosted by the HARTvest Project at Pinecrest Gardens, running from November 12 through January 31, 2023.
Bakehouse artist Monica Lopez De Victoria is partnering with O, Miami in the production of Submerging Geometry at Scott Rakow Youth Center, on November 13. This production is an experimental showcase of the poetry of bodies in motion, engaged in a performance of artistic swimming.
Bakehouse artist Gonzalo Hernandez will be showcasing his work at the SCAD Booth featured at Design Miami. With a different collection from various SCAD alumni adorning the space each day, Hernandez’s work will be presented on Wednesday, November 30 from 1–7pm.
