Make a collaged-style paper flower! Using assorted materials, such as cupcake liners, paper and popsicle sticks, you will explore your creativity through cutting, glueing, and collaging alongside artist Alyssa Andrew.
Design your very own journal with artist Shawna Moulton. You will be able to journal your experience as you explore each Bakehouse art-making station this Family Day!
Explore the art of stick wrapping, a craft tradition with roots in many different cultures, alongside artist Sterling Rook. Using sticks, beeswax, beads, and yarn, you will learn about other cultural ways of celebrating growth and the changing of seasons.
Delve into the history and making of all kinds of patterns with artist Smita Sen. Using colored sand and stencils, you will bring famous patterns from around the world to life!
