Bakehouse artists Jason Aponte and Christina Pettersson recently presented work in Ground: Zero, a group exhibition that was on view at Edge Zones. The exhibition featured South Florida artists who use nature as their primary subject matter. 

Bakehouse artist Joel Gaitan is currently presenting his first solo exhibition in New York City at 56 Henry. Lágrimas de Oro features twelve terra cotta cases that intertwine his ancestral heritage with the personal. 

In collaboration with O, Miami, Bakehouse artist Najja Moon will be debuting a custom-designed photo booth that will travel throughout Miami during the month of April producing portraits paired with age-specific poems for each participant.

Bakehouse artist Nicole Salcedo is currently presenting a solo project with Oolite Arts as part of its ongoing Windows at Walgreens initiative. In between dreamworlds features colorful spirit-like figures, floating in wave formation, are meant to evoke the sense of weightlessness of the dream world. 

Bakehouse artist Sandra Ramos is currently presenting work in Invisible, a group exhibition on view at ArtYard in Frenchtown, New Jersey. The exhibition features twelve artists whose practices examine omitted histories, imperceptible forces, and unspoken narratives which render that which is apparent, misleading, or incomplete.
