Introducing Board Member Maurice Habif
We are excited to announce the appointment of Maurice Habif to Bakehouse Art Complex’s Board of Directors.
Habif is a Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 13 years of experience in real estate and finance. He focuses primarily on multi-housing and land investment sales advisory throughout the southeastern United States. During the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $5 billion in transactions.
He started at HFF in November 2011. Before that, he interned at Urdang Securities Management while attending the University of Pennsylvania to receive his MBA. Prior to that, he was an analyst at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting). Maurice also interned at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an analyst while attending Princeton University for his undergraduate degree.
“I am tremendously excited to join the board of the Bakehouse Art Complex in large part because of my love for Miami. I was born and raised in this City and as we see it flourish into one of international significance, I know that a huge part of that change is elevating our cultural fabric to a level that is seen in other global gateways. Bakehouse serves an indispensable role in that transformation by nurturing our emerging artists and helping them thrive. I cannot wait to be a part of that,” said Maurice Habif.
